BOLL Brushable Seam Sealer

BOLL Brushable Seam Sealer is a one-component, rubber-based sealant that cures at room temperature through solvent evaporation. It forms a strong, durable seal that resists cracking and adheres well to bare and primed metal.

Designed for vehicle body construction and repairs, it seals welds, seams, soldered joints, bolted joints and overlapping sheet metal. It helps prevent water, dust and dirt from entering while recreating the characteristics of the original seal.

Can be overpainted wet-on-wet and is compatible with all paint systems.

METHOD OF USE

Apply directly to prepared metal at an optimum application temperature of +15°C to +35°C.

APPLICATION

1. Thoroughly remove any rust from the surface.

2. Clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.

3. Apply using a BOLL sealing compound brush.

4. Overpaint wet-on-wet if required. The sealant cures in approximately 24 hours at 20°C for a 1 mm thick layer.

CLEANING

Clean the brush with turpentine.

STORAGE

Protect the product from excessively low and high temperatures.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a dry place.
