BLUE-CAR Polyurethane Adhesive & Sealant

BLUE-CAR 34 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant designed for automotive body repairs, sealing and general industrial applications.

The moisture-curing, silicone-free formula provides strong adhesion and creates a durable, flexible seal.

It is resistant to water, oils, salt and atmospheric conditions, making it suitable for exterior and workshop applications.

Its dense, creamy consistency provides precise application without dripping or forming shrinkage cracks.

The combination of flexibility and strength also allows it to absorb vibration between joined components.

Once cured, the sealant can be overpainted with automotive paint systems.

APPLICATION

1. Sand or abrade the surface as required.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the application area.
3. Ensure welds, joints and prepared surfaces are completely dry.
4. Apply an anti-corrosion primer where required. New, stable surfaces may not require priming.
5. Apply the sealant evenly to the joint.
6. Do not apply more than 2mm thickness in a single layer.
7. Allow the product to cure fully before overpainting or placing the joint into service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Contains isocyanates and is intended for professional workshop use. Use suitable protective equipment and ensure adequate ventilation during application.

Curing time depends on temperature, humidity and applied thickness. Always follow the product label and safety data sheet.
