BOLL Sprayable SMP Polymer Sealant is a one-component, moisture-curing adhesive and sealant designed to reproduce elastic vehicle body seams and surface textures.
It creates a durable, flexible seal with excellent resistance to water, salt, oils and ageing.
Its combination of high strength and elasticity provides anti-vibration, anti-corrosion and sound-absorbing properties.
The product is almost odourless and suitable for sealing and bonding vehicle body panels and repair areas.

METHOD OF USE
Pierce the cartridge membrane in the threaded opening and fit the cartridge into a suitable spray gun.
Adjust the spray gun to achieve the required spray width and texture. To clean the gun, spray nitro thinner through it for several minutes.
APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.
2. Apply using a BOLL caulking or spray gun.
3. Allow the sealant to cure at 20°C.
4. Overpaint with all paint systems, including wet-on-wet application, where required.

Skin formation time: 20-30 minutes at 23°C and 50% relative humidity
Curing rate: ≥3 mm in 24 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity
Curing rate: 5 mm in 48 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity
CLEANING
Clean tools immediately with nitrocellulose (nitro) or acrylic thinner.
STORAGE
Protect the product from excessively low and high temperatures.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a dry place.
