Can I order without creating an account?

Where do you ship to?
We ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland. International shipping options are listed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Most UK mainland orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Express options are available.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. See our returns policy for details.

Can I return chemicals?
Unopened, unused chemicals can be returned within 14 days. Opened or used chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons.
