One-component adhesive sealant, used for sealing joints between metal sheets, gutters, headlight brackets, sunroofs, and other body parts. It can be painted with all varnish systems. Available in gray, black, white, and beige.

BOLL Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant.
It forms a strong, flexible and durable bond that does not shrink, crack or run after application.
Suitable for sealing and bonding a wide range of materials, including bodywork components, vehicle body panels, welds, seams and metal joints.
Its anti-vibration properties make it suitable for vehicle body construction and repair applications.
The product does not contain silicone and can be overpainted with all paint systems.

METHOD OF USE
Trim the applicator nozzle to match the required bead diameter.
Pierce the aluminium seal on the cartridge, then fit the nozzle.
Apply using a manual or pneumatic caulking gun.
APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.
2. Apply the sealant using a BOLL caulking gun.
3. Allow approximately 3 hours at 20°C for hardening.
4. Overpaint with the selected paint system where required.

CLEANING
Clean tools immediately with nitrocellulose (nitro) or acrylic thinner.
STORAGE
Protect the product from excessively low and high temperatures.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a dry place.
