BLUE-CAR Hardener for High-Build Acrylic Filler Primer 5:1

BLUE-CAR Acrylic Primer Hardener is specifically designed for use with compatible BLUE-CAR 2K Acrylic Filler Primers.

When mixed at the specified 5:1 ratio, it initiates the curing process and enables the primer to achieve the required hardness for sanding and subsequent refinishing.

One 160ml container provides the correct quantity of hardener for an entire 800ml container of BLUE-CAR Acrylic Filler Primer.

APPLICATION

1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface before preparing the primer.
2. Mix five parts BLUE-CAR Acrylic Filler Primer with one part hardener.
3. When using the complete packs, combine all 800ml of primer with all 160ml of hardener.
4. Mix both components thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
5. Apply using a spray gun with a 1.6–1.8 mm nozzle at 2–4 bar.
6. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes of flash-off time between coats.
7. Allow the mixed primer to cure before sanding or applying subsequent coatings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This product is a hardener and must not be applied independently.

Only use it with a compatible BLUE-CAR 2K Acrylic Filler Primer at the manufacturer’s specified 5:1 ratio.
