ITALKO Acrylic Primer - Spray

ITALKO Acrylic Primer Spray is a one-component filling primer designed to level filled surfaces, existing paint coatings and minor surface imperfections before applying the final paint system.

The fast-drying acrylic formula provides excellent adhesion and creates a smooth, uniform base that improves the appearance and durability of the topcoat.

It also provides corrosion protection on properly prepared metal surfaces and can be sanded to achieve the required finish.

The aerosol format allows quick and controlled application without additional spraying equipment.

Do not apply over synthetic resin coatings. Test compatibility on plastics and unknown existing coatings before full application.

APPLICATION

1. Remove rust, loose paint, dirt and sanding dust.
2. Sand the surface where required.
3. Thoroughly clean, dry and degrease the prepared area.
4. Mask adjacent surfaces that are not to be coated.
5. Shake the aerosol thoroughly for approximately 2–3 minutes.
6. Apply 2–3 thin coats from a distance of 15–20cm.
7. Allow several minutes between individual coats.
8. After use, turn the aerosol upside down and spray until the valve is clear.
