ITALKO Yellow 150mm Sanding Discs are paper-backed abrasive discs designed for machine sanding during automotive refinishing, woodworking and general surface preparation.

The hook-and-loop backing allows each disc to be fitted and replaced quickly without tools. A 15-hole pattern supports effective dust extraction when correctly aligned with a compatible backing pad.

Precisely distributed abrasive grain provides consistent sanding performance across the working surface. Eight available grit options cover operations ranging from initial filler levelling to fine paint preparation and surface matting.

The correct grit sequence depends on the substrate, coating system and finish required.

APPLICATION

1. Select the appropriate grit for the material and required sanding stage.
2. Ensure the backing pad is clean, undamaged and compatible with 150mm 15-hole discs.
3. Align all extraction holes before pressing the disc firmly onto the hook-and-loop pad.
4. Sand using suitable machine speed and light, controlled pressure.
5. Keep the sander moving to avoid excessive heat or uneven sanding marks.
6. Change the disc when its cutting performance decreases or the abrasive surface becomes clogged or damaged.
7. Progress through suitable grit stages until the required finish is achieved.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Confirm that the 15-hole pattern matches the backing pad before use.
• Use with suitable dust-extraction equipment whenever possible.
• Do not exceed the speed specified by the sander or backing-pad manufacturer.
• Avoid excessive pressure, as this may reduce abrasive life and produce uneven sanding.
