More about this product
The bitumen and rubber-based underbody protection agent forms a flexible coating that perfectly protects the car's underbody from stone, salt, water and mechanical impacts.
It is resistant to sprinkling salt and industrial exhaust fumes.
It also has a sound-absorbing effect.
Surface Preparation
Epoxy primer : Can be used to isolate materials. Sand with P320, blow off sanding dust and de-grease using BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the underbody coating.
Two-component acrylic primer : Apply a guide coat or control powder. Sand with P240–P320, blow off sanding dust and de-grease using BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the underbody coating.
Polyester putty : Sand with P120–P320, blow off sanding dust and de-grease using BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the underbody coating.
Important Information
Do not apply to the engine, gearbox, brake components or exhaust system.
Do not paint over the coating.
Application – Can
1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.
3. For corroded surfaces, we recommend using BOLL Rust Converter or BOLL Anti-corrosive Paint.
4. Mix the product thoroughly.
5. Apply in 1–2 layers using a suitable spray gun.
- Air pressure: 3–6 bar
6. Allow 10–15 minutes between individual layers.
7. Allow approximately 24 hours for the coating to dry at 20°C.
8. Close the container tightly after use.
Application – Spray
1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and de-grease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.
3. For corroded surfaces, we recommend using BOLL Rust Converter or BOLL Anti-corrosive Paint.
4. Shake the aerosol thoroughly before application.
5. Apply 2–3 layers from a distance of 15–20 cm.
6. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.
7. The recommended coating thickness is approximately 1 mm.
8. After use, turn the aerosol upside down and spray until the valve is empty.

Cleaning – Can
Clean the brush or application equipment using nitrocellulose thinner (Nitro) or white spirit.
