ITALKO Replacement Cavity Wax Hose is designed for applying cavity wax and other suitable anti-corrosion products inside closed sections and hard-to-reach vehicle body areas.
Its 620 mm length allows the hose to reach deeper into sills, doors, pillars and structural cavities where a standard application nozzle cannot reach.
The flexible construction allows convenient guidance through access openings, while the transparent material makes it easier to monitor product flow and identify contamination or blockages.
A universal threaded fitting provides compatibility with most commonly used underseal and cavity wax guns.

METHOD OF USE
- Disconnect the application gun from the compressed-air supply.
- Screw the hose securely onto the gun outlet.
- Perform a short test spray before inserting the hose into the cavity.
- Insert the hose into the required closed section.
- Begin application and withdraw the hose slowly and evenly.
- After use, release the pressure, remove the hose and clean it immediately.

MAINTENANCE
