It is a product based on high-quality epoxy resins.

Unique formulation, it has excellent priming and anti-corrosive properties.

At the same time, it acts as a primer and also as a primer for subsequent layers, which can be various types of paints, varnishes and polyester putties.

It has a wide variety of applications and can be applied directly to rust.

It actively acts on rust with the formation of blocking organic iron compounds and a protective epoxy coating against corrosion.

Method of Use

Remove loose rust fragments, then thoroughly clean, de-grease and dry the surface to be treated.

Pour the required amount of product into a separate container. Do not pour unused product back into the original container.

The surface can be painted with most paints and topcoats after approximately 12 hours at 20°C.

A compatibility test is recommended before applying the selected paint or topcoat.

Application

1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.

2. Thoroughly clean and de-grease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.

3. Mix the product thoroughly.

4. Apply evenly to the rusted surface using a brush, roller or spray gun.

5. Depending on the degree of corrosion, apply 2–4 layers.

6. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.

7. The surface can be painted with most paints and topcoats after approximately 12 hours at 20°C.
