BOLL Polybutene Windscreen Sealant is a one-component, permanently plastic sealant based on butylene.
It provides excellent adhesion to clean, dry and degreased surfaces and remains insoluble in water.
The sealant does not shrink, remains flexible at low temperatures and does not become liquid at elevated temperatures.
It is resistant to sunlight and oxidation.
Designed for sealing windscreens and rubber profiles in cars and buses, it forms a smooth, elastic, water-impermeable seal that helps prevent water and dust from entering the vehicle interior.

METHOD OF USE
Carefully remove dirt and degrease the application area.
Pierce the cartridge membrane, trim the nozzle to the required bead size and apply the sealant with a manual or pneumatic sealant gun.
APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface.
2. Apply using a BOLL sealant gun.

Skin formation time: <48 hours at 23°C and 55% relative humidity
Density at 20°C: 1.67 g/cm³
Temperature resistance: −20°C to +75°C
STORAGE
Protect the product from excessive heat and cold.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a dry place.
