ITALKO Acrylic Primer Hardener is designed for use with compatible ITALKO 2K High-Build Acrylic Primers.
When mixed with the primer at the specified 5:1 ratio, it initiates the curing process and enables the coating to achieve the required hardness for sanding and subsequent refinishing.
The 160ml container provides the correct quantity of hardener for one 800ml container of compatible ITALKO acrylic primer.
Supplied as Hardener only (Primer not included)

APPLICATION
- Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface before preparing the primer.
- Mix five parts acrylic primer with one part hardener.
- Mix both components thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Apply using a spray gun with a 1.6–1.8 mm nozzle at 2–4 bar.
- Allow approximately 5–10 minutes of flash-off time between coats.
- Allow the mixed primer to cure before sanding or applying subsequent coatings.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This product is a hardener and must not be applied independently.
Only mix it with a compatible ITALKO 2K Acrylic Primer at the manufacturer’s specified 5:1 ratio.
