ITALKO 75mm Mini Pneumatic Orbital Sander & Polisher is designed for precise sanding and polishing in confined areas and on smaller surfaces.

Its compact 160mm body provides controlled access to areas that are difficult to reach using a full-size machine, making it suitable for local automotive repairs, paint correction, surface preparation and woodworking.

The tool can be used with compatible 50mm and 75mm accessories. A 75mm backing pad is included, while the M6 × 1.0 spindle allows compatible backing pads and accessories to be installed.

APPLICATION

1. Select a compatible 50mm or 75mm backing pad and suitable sanding or polishing accessory.
2. Ensure that the accessory is rated for at least the maximum operating speed of the tool.
3. Fit the backing pad securely to the M6 × 1.0 spindle.
4. Connect the machine to a clean, regulated compressed-air supply.
5. Set the working pressure to the recommended 6.3bar.
6. Start the tool before placing the accessory against the working surface.
7. Guide the machine smoothly while applying light, controlled pressure.
8. Keep the backing pad positioned evenly against the surface.
9. Disconnect the air supply before changing accessories, cleaning or servicing the tool.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Do not exceed the recommended working pressure of 6.3bar.
• Use only compatible accessories rated for at least 15,000rpm.
• A separate compatible 50mm backing pad is required to use 50mm accessories.
