Zinc spray is a fast-drying agent that provides excellent corrosion protection for steel structures, body and chassis components and all kinds of piping systems.
It allows electrical welding of coated surfaces.
It has excellent adhesion and flexibility, forming a smooth coating that provides thorough protection for all types of paint.
Resistant to temperatures up to 120°C.
Excellent as a primer for surfaces exposed to moisture.
Once dry, it can be varnished.
Zinc content in the dry layer is 90%.
The product conforms to DIN standards.

Application
1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicon Remover.
3. Mix the product thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes.
4. Apply 1–2 layers from a distance of 15–20 cm.
5. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.
6. Allow approximately 24 hours for drying at 20°C.
7. After use, turn the container upside down and spray until the valve is empty.
