Epoxy primer is a quick and convenient means of preserving and protecting a variety of metal surfaces.
It has excellent anti-corrosion and insulation properties.
Thanks to the special epoxy resins used, it is ideal for use directly on sheet metal, aluminum, galvanized steel and old coatings of paint.
It has very good adhesion.
The new, improved formulation ensures significantly reduced drying times - a surface coated with one coat of epoxy primer spray can be coated with varnish after just 15 minutes.
In case of application of the product on larger surfaces and application of 2-3 coats, the drying time is from 45 minutes to 1hour.
Wet on Wet - 15 minutes.
Olive colour fully corresponds to RAL 7033 – the color of cataphoretic coating.

Surface Preparation
Metal : Sand with P120 abrasive paper, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminum, copper, etc.) Sand the surface, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Old paint coatings : Sand with P220–P320 abrasive paper, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Polyester putty : Sand with P220–P320 abrasive paper, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Application
1. Thoroughly clean and roughen the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface.
3. Mix the product thoroughly.
4. Apply 1–3 layers from a distance of 15–20 cm.
5. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.
6. The surface can be coated with most paints and varnishes:
- After 1–2 layers: wait 15–20 minutes
- After 2–3 layers: wait 45–60 minutes
The primer can also be applied using the wet-on-wet method.
7. After use, turn the container upside down and spray until the valve is empty.
