BLUE-CAR 2K Anti-Corrosion Epoxy Primer 10:1

BLUE-CAR 2K Anti-Corrosion Epoxy Primer is designed for automotive body repairs and professional refinishing applications requiring effective corrosion protection.

It provides excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium, cast iron, zinc and other non-ferrous metals, creating a durable base for subsequent coating layers.

The fast-curing epoxy formulation offers high resistance to chemical and atmospheric factors while providing smooth flow and straightforward application.

It can also be used in wet-on-wet painting processes where suitable.

APPLICATION

1. Thoroughly clean, dry and degrease the surface.
2. Remove rust, loose coatings and other contaminants.
3. Abrade the surface where required and remove all sanding dust.
4. Mix the primer thoroughly with the compatible BLUE-CAR Epoxy Primer Hardener at the specified 10:1 ratio.
5. Apply using suitable professional spraying equipment.
6. Allow the coating to cure in accordance with the applicable technical and environmental conditions.
7. Apply subsequent coatings after the required curing or flash-off period.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The compatible BLUE-CAR Epoxy Primer Hardener 120ml is sold separately and is not included with this product.

Use only the manufacturer-recommended hardener and maintain the specified 10:1 mixing ratio.
