ITALKO Flexible Plastic Body Filler is a two-component repair compound designed for automotive plastic components.
Its high flexibility helps the repaired area withstand vibration and movement without cracking.
The filler provides excellent adhesion to most plastics, including satisfactory adhesion to unprimed polypropylene.
Once cured, it is easy to shape and sand, leaving a smooth surface ready for further refinishing.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
- Product type: Two-component plastic body filler
- Mixing ratio: 100 parts filler to 2 parts hardener by weight
- Working time: 4–6 minutes at 20°C
- Drying time: Approximately 30 minutes at 20°C
- Initial sanding: P80–P120
- Finish sanding: P120–P240
