ITALKO Body Filler Spreader Set includes four flexible applicators in graduated widths for mixing, applying and smoothing automotive body fillers and other compatible compounds.

Different sizes allow controlled application over small repair areas, larger panels, flat surfaces, curves and difficult-to-reach sections.

APPLICATION

1. Ensure the selected spreader is clean and free from hardened material.
2. Prepare the filler and hardener according to the filler manufacturer’s specified mixing ratio.
3. Mix the components thoroughly until a uniform colour and consistency are achieved.
4. Select the spreader width appropriate for the repair area.
5. Apply the prepared filler using firm, controlled strokes.
6. Smooth the material to the required thickness and profile.
7. Clean the spreader immediately after use with a cleaner suitable for the applied material.
