ITALKO Cork Hand Sanding Block is a lightweight and durable tool designed for controlled manual sanding with abrasive paper.

The flat working surface distributes hand pressure across the abrasive sheet, supporting consistent sanding of filler, primer, paint and other suitable materials.

Its compact shape and rounded edges provide a comfortable grip while helping protect the cork against chipping during regular workshop use.

Available in two standard thicknesses and a 30mm version with an additional felt working face.

APPLICATION

1. Select abrasive paper with the required grit and suitable dimensions.
2. Cut or fold the abrasive paper to fit around the sanding block.
3. Hold the paper securely against the block.
4. Sand the surface using even pressure and controlled movements.
5. Inspect the abrasive paper regularly and replace it when worn or clogged.
6. Allow the block to dry completely after wet sanding.
