ITALKO Round Hook-and-Loop Sanding Block 125mm

ITALKO Round Hook & Loop Hand Sanding Block is designed for manual use with compatible 125mm abrasive discs.

The lightweight plastic construction and comfortable shape provide a secure grip while reducing hand fatigue during surface preparation.

A strong hook-and-loop face holds the abrasive disc securely while allowing quick and convenient disc replacement.

The block can be used for wet or dry sanding when fitted with an abrasive disc suitable for the selected application.

APPLICATION

1. Select a compatible 125mm hook-and-loop abrasive disc in the required grit.
2. Centre the abrasive disc on the hook-and-loop face of the sanding block.
3. Press the disc firmly into position.
4. Sand the surface manually using even pressure and controlled movements.
5. Regularly inspect the abrasive disc and replace it when worn or clogged.
6. Remove the disc carefully after use to avoid damaging the hook-and-loop surface.
