Woven glass fibre fabric (woven roving) for use with BOLL Polyester Resin to repair larger holes and missing sections in vehicle bodies, boats and trailers.
Forms a reinforced laminate that strengthens and stiffens repaired components.
AVAILABLE OPTIONS
- 200 g/m²: 0.5 m² per pack
- 350 g/m²: 0.5 m² per pack
- 500 g/m²: 0.5 m² per pack
APPLICATION
1. Clean, sand and degrease the repair area according to the resin’s surface preparation instructions.
2. Cut the fabric to the required shape, allowing it to overlap the surrounding sound material.
3. Mix BOLL Polyester Resin with its hardener according to the resin’s instructions.
4. Brush the mixed resin onto the prepared surface. Position the fabric and press it down.
5. Thoroughly saturate the fabric with resin. Apply additional layers as required, repeating the application and saturation steps.
6. Allow the resin to cure according to its instructions before sanding or levelling the repair with polyester filler.
