APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly clean and sand the surface to achieve a matt finish.
2. Remove the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover.
3. Cut the fibreglass mat so that it extends approximately 2 cm beyond the edges of the damaged area.
4. Mix the resin and hardener in the following ratio by volume:
- Resin: 100 parts
- Hardener: 2-3 parts
Alternatively, mix by weight:
- Resin: 100 g
- Hardener: 3.3 g
5. Mix thoroughly until a uniform colour is achieved. Do not exceed the recommended amount of hardener.
6. Pot life of the prepared mixture: 10-12 minutes at 20°C.
7. Use a brush to apply the mixed resin to the prepared area.
8. Position the pre-cut fibreglass mat and press it down.
9. Thoroughly saturate the mat with resin. Depending on the size of the repair, apply additional layers of mat, repeating the application and saturation steps.
10. Allow to cure for approximately 45 minutes at 20°C.
11. Sand the laminate with P80-P120 abrasive paper or level the surface with polyester filler.
