APPLICATION
1. Ensure that the surface has been properly cleaned and degreased.
2. Apply the primer to the felt applicator.
3. Spread the primer evenly over the required bonding surface.
4. Allow the primer to dry for the period specified in its application instructions before applying the adhesive.
