BLUE-CAR Anti-Silicone Additive

BLUE-CAR Anti-Silicone Paint Additive is designed to reduce the effects of silicone contamination that can appear during paint application as fish-eyes, spots or small craters.

It is intended for use with compatible acrylic topcoats when signs of silicone contamination make it difficult to continue painting.

When used in the correct proportion, the additive does not change the colour of the coating or extend its drying time.

This is a specialist corrective additive intended for professional use in exceptional situations. It is not a surface cleaner or silicone remover.

APPLICATION

1. Prepare the compatible acrylic topcoat and hardener according to the coating manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Depending on the level of contamination, add BLUE-CAR Anti-Silicone Paint Additive at 2–4% of the complete paint-and-hardener mixture.
3. Mix the prepared material thoroughly until completely uniform.
4. Apply the coating using the settings and method recommended by its manufacturer.
5. Close the container securely immediately after use.
