250g = Filler 242g + hardener 8g.
750g = Filler 728g + Hardener 22g.
1.8kg = Filler 1750g + Hardener 50g.

INFORMATION
Do not apply the putty directly over reactive primers (wash primers), one-component acrylic products or nitrocellulose products.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Steel : Sand the surface, blow off the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the putty.
Aluminum: Sand the surface, blow off the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the putty.
Existing paint coatings : Sand with P320–P400, blow off the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the putty.
Epoxy primer : Can be used to isolate materials. Sand with P320, blow off the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the putty.
Two-component acrylic primer : Sand with P320–P400, blow off the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the putty.
Polyester laminate : Sand with P80–P120, blow off the dust and degrease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the putty.
APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly clean and sand the surface to achieve a matt finish.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface with BOLL Silicone Remover.
3. Mix the putty and hardener in the following ratio by weight:
- Putty: 100 g
- Hardener: 2–3 g
4. Mix thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained. Do not exceed the recommended amount of hardener.
5. Pot life: 4–6 minutes at 20°C.
6. Apply the prepared mixture to the surface.
7. Drying time: 20–30 minutes at 20°C.
8. When using an infrared heater, warm for 4–6 minutes. Do not exceed 60°C.
9. Sand the hardened putty:
- Initial sanding: P80–P120
- Finishing sanding: P120–P240
10. The surface can be covered with:
- Two-component polyester putties
- Two-component polyester spray putties
- Two-component acrylic primers
- Two-component epoxy primers

Density at 20°C: 1.80–1.90 g/cm³
Solubility in water: Very low
Viscosity: 300,000–450,000 mPa·s
VOC content: 206 g/L (permitted limit: 250 g/L)
Application temperature: +10°C to +25°C
CLEANING
Clean the tools immediately after use with a thinner intended for nitrocellulose or acrylic products.
Please note: This product contains a protective liquid. Due to the type of lid used, a small amount of liquid may leak during transit. This does not affect the quality or performance of the body filler and may only leave minor residue on the outside of the can. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
