BOLL Hardener for Primer Filler 5:1
BOLL Hardener for Primer Filler HS 5:1 is the curing component for BOLL’s two-component acrylic primer filler. Compatible with grey, white and black versions, it mixes with the primer at a 5:1 ratio by volume.

Hardener designed for use with BOLL Primer Filler HS 5:1.
It enables the mixed primer to cure and is suitable for the grey, white and black versions.
The same hardener is used for both filler and insulating applications.
The amount of BOLL Acrylic Thinner added determines the required application consistency.

MIXING RATIO
By volume:
Mix 5 parts BOLL Primer Filler HS 5:1 with 1 part BOLL Hardener for Primer Filler HS 5:1.
By weight:
Mix 100 g of primer filler with 11 g of hardener.
The 5:1 mixing ratio applies to volume, not weight.
APPLICATION
1. Stir the primer filler thoroughly before adding the hardener.
2. Add the hardener according to the mixing ratio above.
3. Add BOLL Acrylic Thinner as specified in the primer’s technical data sheet for the required filler or insulating application.
4. Mix all components thoroughly before spraying.
5. Apply the prepared mixture following the surface preparation and application instructions for BOLL Primer Filler HS 5:1.
MIXED PRODUCT PARAMETERS
The following values apply to the prepared primer mixture:
- Pot life at 20°C: 1-1.5 hours
- Curing time at 20°C: 2 hours
- Curing time at 60°C: 30 minutes
- Application temperature: +15°C to +25°C

For mixing with 3.5 L of BOLL Primer Filler HS 5:1.
Quantities are based on a 5:1 primer-to-hardener mixing ratio by volume.

Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Protect from excessively high and low temperatures.
