Product based on the highest quality synthetic resins, protecting against mechanical and atmospheric damage.

Have a great formulation (HS quality), it allows to obtain the “OEM ram” effect.

It is used to protect sills, bumpers, spoilers and other car body parts.

The product shows very high abrasion resistance (resistance to stone impact).

It can be painted with all paint systems.

Method of Use

Anti-gravel can be easily applied using a spray gun. Thoroughly clean and de-grease the areas to be coated, then allow them to dry. Protect adjacent surfaces with suitable masking materials.

Surface Preparation

Metal :

Prime and sand the surface. Blow off sanding dust and de-grease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply another coat.

Non-ferrous metals :
(zinc, aluminum, copper, etc.)

Prime and sand the surface. Blow off sanding dust and de-grease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply another coat.

Reactive primer :

Apply the next layer after the primer has dried.

Epoxy primer :

Can be used to isolate materials. Sand with P150–P320, blow off sanding dust and de-grease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply another coat.

Two-component acrylic primer :

Apply a dry guide coat or control lacquer. Sand with P240–P320, blow off sanding dust and de-grease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply another coat.

Polyester putties :

Sand with P120–P320, blow off sanding dust and de-grease with BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply another coat.

Important Information

Do not spray towards the engine, transmission, brake components or exhaust system.

The product can be over painted over.

Application

1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.

2. Thoroughly clean and de-grease the surface using BOLL Silicone Remover.

3. For corroded surfaces, we recommend using BOLL Rust Converter or BOLL Anti-corrosive Paint.

4. Mix the product thoroughly.

5. Apply using a UBS spray gun:

  • Pressure: 3–6 bar
  • Application distance: 15–20 cm

6. Allow 10–15 minutes between individual layers.

7. Observe the following drying and overpainting times:

  • The surface can be painted after approximately 3 hours.
  • When using waterborne paints, allow approximately 24 hours before painting.
  • Recommended wet thickness of a single coat: 150–250 µm.
  • When applying thicker coats, evaporation and curing times may be longer.

8. The product can be painted over using any paint system.

Physical Properties

  • Density at 20°C: 1.40 g/cm³
  • Application temperature: +10°C to +35°C

Cleaning

Clean the spray gun with nitrocellulose solvent (Nitro) or white spirit.
