BLUE-CAR Structure Paint for Plastic is a fast-drying acrylic resin-based coating designed for restoring and refinishing automotive plastic components.
It creates an attractive, durable textured finish in matt black and is ideal for plastic bumpers, trims, mouldings, mirror housings and other exterior plastic parts.
The paint can be applied directly to plastic surfaces without a primer and can be overcoated with all commonly used automotive paint systems.
The finished coating offers good resistance to scratches, impacts, chemicals and weather conditions.
The texture can be adjusted by changing the spraying distance or air pressure.

APPLICATION
- Thoroughly clean, degrease and dry the surface.
- Protect adjacent areas using suitable masking materials.
- Mix the product thoroughly for approximately three minutes.
- Apply using a spray gun fitted with a 1.5–2.0 mm nozzle.
- Spray from a distance of approximately 15–20 cm.
- A second coat can be applied after approximately 30 minutes.
- Allow the coating to dry for at least six hours before overcoating.
If thinning is required, add a maximum of 5–10% acrylic thinner, depending on the spray gun nozzle used.
The resulting texture can be adjusted by changing the spraying distance or air pressure.
