ITALKO Rubber Adhesive & Decal Removal Wheel is designed for the mechanical removal of adhesive residue, stickers, vinyl graphics, decorative stripes and double-sided tape.

The rubber wheel removes unwanted material without requiring chemical adhesive removers or solvents. When used correctly on a suitable surface, it helps remove residue without leaving streaks or scratching the underlying finish.

APPLICATION

1. Confirm that the surface and coating are suitable for mechanical adhesive removal.
2. Test the wheel on a small, inconspicuous area before starting.
3. Fit the supplied adapter securely to the rubber wheel.
4. Install the assembled wheel on a compatible slow-rotating drill or tool.
5. Operate the wheel at a low, controlled speed.
6. Apply light pressure and keep the wheel moving continuously across the adhesive residue.
7. Avoid remaining in one position, as excessive friction may generate heat and damage the surface.
8. Remove any remaining dust and inspect the surface after use.
