Structural lacquer for plastic is a fast-drying and well-bonding paint based on acrylic resins.
It is ideal for painting plastic bumpers, moldings and other plastic parts with a spray gun. It forms an attractive structural, durable coating in black or dark gray matte.
The paint can be applied directly without primer to all plastic surfaces.
Application
1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicon Remover.
3. Mix the product thoroughly.
4. If necessary, add a maximum of 5–10% BOLL Acrylic Thinner.
5. Apply using a spray gun:
- Nozzle size: 1.5–2.0 mm
- Air pressure: 1.8–2.5 bar
- Number of layers: 2–3
6. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.
7. Allow approximately 6 hours for drying at 20°C.
8. The product can be painted over.
