More about this product

Primer paint for substrate preparation and long-term corrosion protection of car body parts.

It is mainly used in paint work, but is also used in industry or construction.

It forms a smooth protective coating highly resistant to abrasion, water, including salt water, gasoline and most aggressive chemicals.

Resistant to corrosion according to DIN 50021 and the effects of high temperatures ( short-term up to +140°C in dry conditions and +80°C in wet conditions).

Surface Preparation

Metal : Sand the surface, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.

Non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminum, copper, etc.) : Prime and sand the surface. Blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.

Old paint coatings: Sand with P240–P320 abrasive paper. Blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.

Polyester putty: Sand the surface, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.

Application

1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.

2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicon Remover.

3. Mix the product thoroughly.

4. Apply 2–3 layers from a distance of 15–20 cm.

5. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.

6. After approximately 24 hours, the surface can be coated with most paints and varnishes.

7. After use, turn the container upside down and spray until the valve is empty.
