This anti-corrosion primer paint, based on alkyd resin, provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates and effective protection against external factors.
It is ideal for priming steel and cast iron and can be used as a base for phthalate, chlorinated rubber, acrylic, and polyurethane paints, as well as and bitumen used in car body repairs.

Method of Use
Mix the paint thoroughly before use. It can be applied using a brush, roller or pneumatic spray gun.
When applying with a spray gun, thin the paint to the required viscosity using BOLL Acrylic Thinner or xylene.
Apply 1–2 layers, allowing a minimum of 1 hour between coats.

- Viscosity: 25–35 seconds
- Nozzle size: 1.5–2.0 mm

- Viscosity: 25–35 seconds
- Recommended number of layers: 1–2
Application
1. Sand the surface and remove any loose rust fragments.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicon Remover.
3. Mix the paint thoroughly.
4. Application by brush or roller
Apply 1 layer.
5. Application using a pneumatic spray gun
Apply 1–2 layers using a 1.5–2.0 mm nozzle.
6. Allow a minimum evaporation time of 1 hour between coats.
7. Allow approximately 24 hours for complete drying at 20°C.
