More about this product
The quick-drying primer paint is ideal for preparing the substrate in paint jobs on car body parts.
It has excellent rust protection properties and is highly scratch resistant, making it a very good substrate before applying paint.
Easy to work with, it does not cause sandpaper clogging.
It can be coated with acrylic, alkyd, cellulose and epoxy paints.
Surface Preparation
Metal : Sand the surface, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminium, copper, etc.) : Prime and sand the surface. Blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Old primer coatings : Sand with P240–P320 abrasive paper. Blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Epoxy primer : Can be used to isolate materials. After sanding, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Two-component acrylic primer : Sand the surface, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Polyester putties : Sand the surface, blow off sanding dust and degrease using BOLL Silicon Remover, then apply another coat.
Application
1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicon Remover.
3. Mix the product thoroughly.
4. Apply 2–3 layers from a distance of 15–20 cm.
5. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.
6. After approximately 1 hour, the surface can be coated with varnish.
7. After use, turn the container upside down and spray until the valve is empty.
