Application
1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using BOLL Silicon Remover.
3. Mix the product thoroughly.
4. Ensure the correct flow time:
- DIN 4 flow time: 19–21 seconds
5. Apply using a spray gun:
- Nozzle size: 1.3–1.6 mm
- Air pressure: 2–2.5 bar
- Number of layers: 2
6. Allow 5–10 minutes between individual layers.
7. Allow approximately 3 hours for drying at 20°C.
