More about this product

BLUE-CAR Fade-Out Thinner is a specialist solvent mixture designed for blending the transition between an existing paint finish and a newly applied acrylic coating during local automotive repairs.

It helps reduce visible tonal differences where the old and new coatings meet, creating a soft and uniform transition between the repaired area and the existing finish.

The product blends the edges of newly applied clearcoat or acrylic enamel into the surrounding coating, improving the final appearance of the repair and making subsequent polishing easier.

KEY FEATURES

  • Smooth coating transition – blends newly applied paintwork into the existing finish.
  • Reduces visible tonal differences – helps eliminate optical colour variations around the repair area.
  • Softens coating edges – prevents a hard and clearly visible boundary between old and new paintwork.
  • Improves the final finish – creates a more uniform appearance after local repairs.
  • Easier polishing – helps prepare the transition area for final finishing.
  • Professional liquid format – suitable for bodyshop and refinishing applications.
  • Suitable for clearcoat and enamel – designed for use immediately after applying the final coating.
